Customers are responsible for the payment of any fees which may be collected at checkout or when it arrives in your destination country. This includes any applicable tariffs, duty, taxes, processing fees, etc.

US Customers: Tariffs and Duty fees are included in product pricing. Pricing and availability may fluctuate due to the unpredictable US trade policy against Canada. (Paperbacks are currently 0% and Hardcovers printed in China are 7.5%.)
UK Customers: VAT is collected at checkout for orders under £135 (excluding shipping and tax).
EU Customers: VAT is collected at checkout for orders under €150 (excluding shipping and tax). Please contact us before placing any order over €150 (excluding shipping and tax).
