Customs & Duty Fees

Customers are responsible for the payment of any fees which may be collected at checkout or when it arrives in your destination country. This includes any applicable tariffs, duty, taxes, processing fees, etc.

US Customers: Tariffs and Duty fees are included in product pricing. Pricing and availability may fluctuate due to the unpredictable US trade policy against Canada. (Paperbacks are currently 0% and Hardcovers printed in China are 7.5%.)

EU Customers: VAT is collected at checkout for orders under €150 (excluding shipping and tax). The new €3 duty for each product imported into the EU will be added to product pricing or collected at checkout when we have the ability to integrate with all destination postal services in the EU. Until then, the new duties are paid by the customer in supported countries. Check our Shipping Policy page for more information and updates.

UK Customers: VAT is collected at checkout for orders under £135 (excluding shipping and tax).
