Customs & Duty Fees

Customers are responsible for the payment of any fees which may be collected at checkout or when it arrives in your destination country. This includes any applicable tariffs, duty, taxes, processing fees, etc.

EU Customers: Taxes and duties are paid at checkout for orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and tax).

UK Customers: VAT is paid at checkout for orders under £135 (excluding shipping and tax).

US Customers: All orders & shipping currently unavailable. (Updates below.)

Update: Sep 2, 2025

Canada Post has given us access to their new partner integration to collect and pre-pay US duties. However, it is not completely integrated with our shipping software (or any shipping software) and we have no choice but to wait for developers to complete the integration.

Books, art cards, and book plates are currently listed at 0% duty. We'll resume sales and shipping to US customers as soon as we're able.

Update: August 26, 2025

Due to US tariffs and the executive order ending the de minimus exemption effective August 29, we’ve decided to temporarily pause orders and shipping to the USA. There are a lot of moving parts here, so we’re waiting until we have a working solution before we resume orders for US customers.

Canada Post has notified us that they are working on a partner integration so customers can pay the appropriate duties and tariffs at checkout and the tax will be prepaid to the US government.
